By using fieldopsworks.com or purchasing an offer from FieldOps Works (a sole proprietorship of Brian

Congelliere) ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms.

What you're buying

The initial offer is a one-time, $99 done-for-you payout-control workbook setup, not a self-serve

software subscription. We deliver one editable .xlsx workbook for one business and one payout period

at a time, configured within the rule and support limits shown on the offer page. It includes a rule map,

input sheet, calculated payout, exception flags, reconciliation, one synthetic example run, handoff

instructions, and one correction if our configuration does not match a written rule you supplied.

We configure it from permitted, data-free commission rules and example inputs. Do not send employee

names, payroll exports, customer records, or real compensation records. Delivery is manual and targeted

within three business days after we receive complete, internally consistent permitted configuration

information. A clarification request pauses that delivery clock until you reply. If we cannot deliver as

described, you get a full refund.

Prices are shown on the offer page and charged through Stripe at purchase. You authorize that

charge. We do not store your card details.

Governed by the Refund Policy published with the offer, which is part of these terms.

If you have not sent the permitted configuration inputs within 30 calendar days, we may pause the order

and send one reminder. If we receive no permitted inputs within 60 calendar days, we cancel and refund the

order. You may request a full refund before configuration work begins.

We will not use fake testimonials, false scarcity, or fabricated users, and we will not imply instant

delivery when delivery is manual. If anything on the page is unclear, email us before buying.

This is a calculation and reconciliation aid only. You supply and approve the commission rules we

configure, and you are responsible for verifying every output before using it to pay anyone. Run

your own parallel check against a known-correct pay period before relying on it. The deliverable does

not execute payroll, move funds, or file taxes, and it is not payroll, accounting, tax, legal, or

employment-law advice. You remain solely responsible for your payroll, wage-and-hour, and employment-

law compliance and for the accuracy of the figures you enter. If you need advice, consult a qualified

professional.

You must not send prohibited personal or payroll data. If we receive it inadvertently, we stop

processing it, ask you not to resend it, and delete it from systems under our control according to the

deliverable.

Use the deliverable for your own business. Don't resell or misrepresent it.

The deliverable is provided "as is" beyond what the offer page promises. To the extent allowed by law,

our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here removes rights you can't waive.
